artist “David Yellowhorse” and his son Brian have taken a classic
Bob Loveless fixed blade knife and created the Sacred Buffalo Hunt
theme for this knife using sterling silver, turquoise and other natural
materials. The combined artistry of these three cutlery legends makes
a knife you will be proud to add to your collection. This is the
first knife that David and Brian have worked on jointly and both
of their signatures are hand signed on each knife to insure authenticity.
The art work on this knife depicts the ritual buffalo hunt that Native
Americans considered a sacred event. The harvesting of the buffalo
and subsequent storing of cured meat is what provided life throughout
the winter season. Because life or death depended on this sacred
hunt it held tremendous importance to Native Americans. This beautiful
knife is available in limited quantity and will sell out soon. A
beautiful Cocobolo wood display stand is included with this knife.
